Fleetwood Mac, British-American rock band formed 1967, played a gig at the SECC Glasgow in 2009. Original member is drummer Mick Fleetwood and guitarist Peter Green (previously with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers). The band later include English musicians John McVie (bassist), Christine McVie (keyboards), and American musicians Lindsey Buckingham (guitar) and Stevie Nicks (vocals). They had success during the late 1960s British blues boom with UK no 1 "Albatross". Fleetwood Mac's second album 1977's "Rumours", produced four U.S. Top 10 singles (including Nicks' song "Dreams"), and remained at No.1 for 31 weeks, and sold over 45 m worldwide (sixth highest-selling album of all time. The band has sold more than 100 m worldwide, they are one of the top selling bands of all time. They continue to tour and record.
