Snow Patrol, Northern Irish rock band, headlined a gig at Bellahouston park Glasgow in 2010. Supporting them were the Editors and Frightened Rabbit. The band consists of Gary Lightbody (vocals, guitar), Nathan Connolly (guitar, backing vocals), Paul Wilson (bass guitar, backing vocals), Jonny Quinn (drums), and Johnny McDaid (piano, guitar, backing vocals). As an indie band they released three albums. In 2002 the band signed on to Polydor Records. Their album 'Final Straw' (2003) had over 3m sales. Album 'Eyes Open' (2006, single"Chasing Cars") was the best-selling album of the year, with over 6 m sales. The band has sold over 13 m albums worldwide.
